Venice Film Festival
September 16, 2021
The world famous Venice Film Festival has given us many unforgettable impressions and fresh looks, not only the legendary reunions of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, beautiful outfits and good cinematography.

The festival has become a new fresh breath in the development of the film industry after the global pandemic.
Cinematography has been rethought inside and out, new looks, new faces and proven classics — what you need to see can be found in our store. But why does the Venice Film Festival have such a colossal impact on world cinema? Here's why.

The Venice Film Festival is actually just one component of the huge La Biennale di Venezia festival.

In fact, La Biennale di Venezia is one of the oldest and most famous cultural events that has been held since 1893. The festival encompasses art, architecture, theater, dance, music and film.

No director has ever won three awards at once.

As the organizers very carefully select films for victory and believe that "no one can be absolutely perfect."
Only four people have won the award twice.
Despite the fact that it is quite difficult to get even one award at the Venice Film Festival, four people were able to do it twice! Here we record the Frenchmen André Cayatte and Louis Malle, and the Chinese Yimou Zhang and Ang Lee

The films at the festival are truly unique.

One of the main requirements is that the paintings should never be shown to the public (not even small chamber screenings!). All the works that are presented, the world sees for the first time.

Selected films for the Venice Film Festival are often Oscar winners.
This is not surprising, since only really high-quality films can pass such a selection. Only the most recent Oscar winners have debuted in Venice Gravity, Birdman, La La Land, The Shape of Water and even the Joker.
